Dr. M. Mahendran, M.Sc., MSW, SLET, NET, NET, Ph.D. (HRM), is a distinguished academician and trainer with over 30 years of teaching and leadership experience. He holds an M.Sc. from Madurai Kamaraj University and an MSW from Loyola College, Chennai. His doctoral research in Human Resource Management focused on "Job Stress."
With a unique blend of academic expertise and corporate exposure, Dr. Mahendran has served as Head of the Department and Director (Training & Placement) in reputed Colleges and Universities and has also worked as an HR Manager in a multinational corporation. His academic interests span Human Resource Management, particularly in Organisational Behaviour and Counselling.
Nationally Recognised Trainer: A National-level HR Trainer and AICHE Trainer, he has successfully trained over five lakh individuals across educational institutions, corporates, MNCs, and industries over the past 25 years.
